In addition to the Eagle's Nest cabins, visitors to our area also have a choice of some beautiful and distinctive vacation homes. These are outstanding accommodations and include several located adjacent to creeks, streams or ponds. All have a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, TV's hooked up to satellite, phone, washer & dryer and either a gas or charcoal barbecue grill. Most have dishwashers. All homes are non-smoking accommodations.
Edge of the Pines - A 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located only 1/4 mile from the lake shore/river inlet on the NE corner of the lake. Beautiful views. The home has a king, queen, two doubles and a twin bed. Pellet stove fireplace insert, large spacious deck and Wi-Fi.
BASE RATE: $240 per night/ $1,540 per week for 4 persons.
Aspen Dream - A new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a private mountain setting above Lemon Reservoir. Quiet seclusion! The home has one king and two queen beds, gas fireplace and spacious deck. Master bath has garden tub and separate shower.
NO PETS ALLOWED. BASE RATE: $240 per night/ $1,540 per week for 4 persons.
Mountain Splendor - A 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with separate quest quarters above the detached garage. Private mountain setting on 2 acres. Two queen beds and a double. Wood stove fireplace insert. Master bath has a separate shower and oversized garden tub.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
BASE RATE: $240 per night/ $1,540 per week for 4 persons in Home.
$80 per night for 2 persons in the Guest Quarters.
Brookside - A 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the property adjacent to the Eagle's Nest cabins. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Large master bath with garden tub and separate shower. Covered deck and lots of windows for watching the wildlife!
BASE RATE: $170 per night/ $1,120 per week for 4 persons.
Spring Creek - A 2 bedroom home with fully finished basement and 1 3/4 bath located on almost 2 acres with a small creek and pond. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed. Six bunk beds and a sofa bed in basement. Wood burning fireplace and covered porch in back overlooks the pond. There is also a small detached guest quarters on this property that may be rented in addition to the home by larger parties.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
BASE RATE: $240 per night/ $1,540 per week for 4 persons in Home.
$80 per night for 2 persons in the Guest Quarters.
Creekside - Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled log cabin located adjacent to Grimes Creek. There is one queen, one double and a day bed in each of two additional sleeping areas. Wood-burning stove/fireplace.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Base Rate: $170 per night/ $1,120 per week based on 4 persons.
