General Information, Policies, Rates & Map
- Each cabin and home listed has an assigned rate based on 2 persons even though they can all accommodate additional persons.
- We charge $10.00 per night for additional children (3-17) and $20.00 per night for additional adults (18-over).
- All cabins & homes are NON-SMOKING.
- 50% deposit required to reserve cabins and homes. Checks required for deposits.
- 45 day cancellation notice required for full refund minus $50 cancellation charge. Refunds on cancellations less than 45 days are based on our success in re-renting reserved space and may be subject to additional charges.
- We will accept Visa, Master Card and American Express for final payments on arrival.
- Pets are permitted with prior consent only in the cabins or homes except where indicated. We charge $15.00 per night for each approved pet.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- April and May until Memorial Day weekend and following Labor Day weekend through mid-November we discount the cabins and homes on the following schedule 2-3 nights -5%, 4-6 nights -10% and 7-over nights -15%.
- We have some cabins and homes available most or all of the year. Call or e-mail to get specifics as this may change.
- Reservations may be subject to a minimum number of rental nights depending on the type of accommodation and time period requested.
